SKID RESISTANCE

Slip Resistant flooring is used when the floor is slippery when wet and to be proactive in preventing recordable accidents due to injury.

Most Slip Resistant Floors meet or exceed all OSHA or ADA requirements while still maintaining an easy to clean surface.

Resinous Flooring becomes skid resistant by adding different types of aggregates. Some of these aggregates would be silica sand and aluminum oxides.

Slip Resistant flooring improves traction and creates a decorative appearance when used with a broadcast coat of colored quartz or silica sand.
