Originally founded in 1988, TOPCOR now has over 100 full-time employees.  Our motto is “Customer Satisfaction: Our Ultimate Goal.”  To achieve this goal, our primary focus is on performing our specialized services in a safe and responsible manner.

TOPCOR Services – The largest of the four operating companies concentrates in the industrial and public markets.  Our primary services are structural restoration, strengthening and protection for both concrete and steel structures, with the greatest emphasis on concrete.  We have extensive engineering expertise and, in addition to contractor functions, provide consulting and field surveys for engineering and end user clients.

TOPCOR Augusta – Augusta based company that services the east coast, including the Georgia, South and North Carolina, and northeast Florida markets.

TOPCOR Offshore – The joint venture between Riserclad International and TOPCOR Companies is both a manufacturer of patented corrosion prevention composite repair products and processing and structural field maintenance services.  Our products are sold internationally in the oil and gas industry.  Field services are primarily geared to the Gulf of Mexico production platforms and Gulf Coast oil and gas pipelines.  We are experienced in a full analysis of offshore repair capabilities including design, manufacturing, diving services, cathodic protection, etc.

US FUSION – An affiliated company 50% owned by TOPCOR Companies.  We are a contractor, fabricator and supplier of plastic piping and containment systems throughout the South and southeast.

Safety.  The Safety Maximizer™ program insures that all projects are performed with safety as the number one priority of not only our own personnel but those of our clients.

Structural Repair Design Assistance.   With The Survey Matrix™, one of our professional structural engineers will consult with our clients and/or their engineer to provide invaluable help with design parameters, repair techniques, materials, etc., while leaving the comprehensive design in their hands, allowing the client to maintain total control of the finished project.

Lowest Life-Cycle Costs. 
The Life Cycle Expander™ is a unique TOPCOR program that provides scheduled (usually quarterly) inspections of and reporting on our work product to insure that any problems encountered are repaired immediately, thereby assuring the longest life possible and the lowest life-cycle cost.
